Shipping costs

We ship with DHL from our workshop in Munich, Germany. The following shipping rates apply (including VAT):

  • Germany
    • Parcel: €2.95
    • Package: €6.95
  • International
    • Parcel: €5.95
    • Package: €14.95

Note: On the checkout page, the most favorable shipping option for you will always be used.

Customs duties

Non-EU deliveries may be subject to customs duties, which the local customs office collects from the recipient.

The amount depends on the value of the shipment. Please inform yourself at the responsible customs office.

Delivery period

The delivery period is made up of production time and postal delivery time:

1. Production time

  • Samples + accessor.: 1-3 working days
  • Leather goods: 6-9 working days

2. Postal delivery time

  • Germany, Austria, Netherlands: 1-2
  • Othr EU countr. + Switzerland: 2-6
  • Rest of Europe: 4-15
  • United States** + Canada: 7-11
  • Australia: 10-17
  • Africa, Asia, Middle-/South Am.: 8-19

The delivery period for advance payment begins on the day after the payment order is placed, for other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded.

If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next local working day shall count.

Shipment tracking

As soon as shipped, you will receive a message to track your shipment (check your spam folder if needed). See also the DHL help page for tracking details here.

* Tip for Swiss customers: Register on MeinEinkauf.ch and order from our store at domestic conditions. Enter their address as the billing and delivery address in our store:

MeinEinkauf GmbH, Maybachstraße 19, 78467 Konstanz, Germany

They will receive the shipment and take care of customs clearance and delivery with Swiss Post within 2-3 working days. Their service fee is CHF 17.90 per shipment and already includes customs clearance.

The account association is made through your MeinEinkauf.ch e-mail address (usually vorname.name@meineinkauf.ch), so please use this when ordering!
